Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. We will not be liable for returns or refunds for products reported after 7 working days.
Requirements
Provide an image or video illustrating the defective or damaged product within 7 working days of receiving it. An assessment decision will be made.
Return
If a decision is made for a product to be returned, it must be in its original packaging. Failure to do so will result in the query not being considered. We will provide you with the return address based on your query. After inspecting the returned product, Welltronix Co will contact you with a resolution. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, to avoid the claim not being processed. Ensure that the product is properly packaged, including all accessories, instructions, manual documentation and you will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Once the returned goods are assessed, a decision will be made.
Refunds
In case of a refund, the amount will be credited to the customer's provided banking details. The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days within receipt of the product. Once we receive your product, we will reimburse the item price, excluding the delivery cost. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Replacement (if applicable)
If a defect or fault is found, or the product does not match your order, we will be happy to exchange the product, following applicable law. Products that have been misused or altered may not be eligible for returns. For hygiene purposes, the return of hygiene and personal care items are strictly prohibited. Section 16 of the CPA states that defective goods can be returned within 7 working days of receiving the order. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

When receiving the package
Inspect each product carefully upon receipt. Do not accept a package that has been tampered with or is broken. If a product has a defect or fault existing at the time of delivery, or otherwise does not conform to your order, you have a statutory right to return the product.
When we do not refund or replace
Welltronix Co. cannot accept the return of products that have not gone through the above process. Products returned may be sent back to you at your expense if received in an unacceptable state. Please treat products and packaging with reasonable care while in your possession. We require the ‘Order Number’ which you will find in your ‘Account’ to expedite your query with appropriate urgency. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
